What has been implemented?
First, Aquapolymer Engineering paid great attention to SPS (sewage pumping stations). It is here that wastewater is supplied to treatment plants. That is why the pumping equipment was replaced with a more modern, high-quality and reliable one – Grundfos pumps of the SLV.65.65.09.2.50B model were installed. This really optimized the system. These pumps are characterized by compatibility and ease of maintenance. This step will further allow the company to ensure the smooth, stable operation of the SPS for the pumping of untreated wastewater containing, namely, large solid or fibrous inclusions.
Second, Aquapolymer Engineering installed MakBoxFil’s own drum sieve on the site. This action was aimed at pre-mechanical treatment. This allows to reduce the pressure of inorganic solid inclusions (skin residues, nylon threads, etc.) on treatment plants by a significant mathematical value – almost 90%. Thus, the operation of treatment plant is carried out in the normal mode, without constant long-term accidents. At the same time, the sludge recirculation system resumed typical operation. Subsequently, the growth of activated sludge began, which in the future will be transformed into the required design indicators of wastewater treatment.
And, finally, metal structures were installed for the maintenance of treatment plant. This will avoid additional inconvenience or injury during staff maintenance. And, at the same time, increase the availability of its management.
